About the project
'Oishii' translates as delicious in Japanese. The cider is made with juice from handpicked apples and a Ginjo-style sake yeast from local New York sake house Brooklyn Kura
The slow and cold fermentation captures the essence of Japanese Sake creating a modern vibrant cider.
We used a slim, elegant bottle and minimal label design to compliment the nature of this unique cider while utilizing elements of the Brooklyn Kira logo.
